Who can join The Peer Success Group?
The Peer Success Group is for solo entrepreneurs such as consultants, accountants, coaches, speakers, artists, virtual assistants, trainers, engineers, designers, architects, internet marketers, attorneys, health care practitioners, and computer consultants. Independent contractors such as realtors and financial planners are also welcome.
How many members in each group?
Most groups have 6 members. The minimum number of participants is 4 and the maximum is 8.
What are the “mechanics” of the group?
Remember... our monthly meetings are from the comfort of your own home or office. No traffic jams, no running late for the meeting.
- You participate from the comfort of your own home or office via a bridge line. (You do need to be in front of your computer during most of our sessions.)
- Over the course of the first two weeks, we’ll have four 2-hour sessions. In addition to individual introductions, the first meeting is a session on visioning (figuring out what you want your business to look like one year from now) and goal setting.
- The next three sessions will be planning sessions during which you’ll create a one-page plan for the coming year. You will be guided step-by-step through this process.
- During the third week, you’ll have a one-on-one coaching session with Valerie Taloni, your facilitator and coach, to ensure your plan is the best possible plan for you and your business. Then you’ll be ready to create your goals for the first month.
- For the next 3 months, we’ll do mid-month check-ins of up to 90 minutes.
- You’ll also have a buddy within the group with whom you’ll meet during the month.
- Monthly reviews – at the end of the month- will be up to 2 hours.
What do we do on our monthly calls?
Prior to our monthly review calls, you go online and score your monthly plan. Our monthly agenda includes celebrating successes, reporting on your progress, brainstorming, support, and help from your peers, and coaching. All group members have access to the online PRO Dashboard so you can view one another’s progress.
While we do have a structure for our calls, the calls are also very flexible. Each member of the group is given “floor time” to ask for help, brainstorming and advice. You’re free to bring up any topic that’s on your mind.
Can anyone who is a solo entrepreneur or home-based business owner join The Peer Success Group?
To join The Peer Success Group, you must have a 2-year track record in your business. (Those in start-up mode have a different set of challenges than those who’ve been operating for 2+ years.)
More importantly, the Peer Success Group is not for you if:

How do I pay for my membership in The Peer Success Group?
Once you’ve been accepted into the next group, you’ll be given a link to a page where you will make a payment of $1247. You can use PayPal or your credit card. During our second meeting, you’ll login to the online system and pay the remaining $50 with your credit card. (You will also have an option to pay in 3 installments.)

How do I get accepted into the next group?
It’s not a formal process at all, so no worries. If you’d like to join the next group, contact me so we can set up a time to talk. It’s important that we both feel comfortable that the group is a fit for you, and you’re a fit for the group.
What happens at the end of the 4 months?
First of all, you will have access to PRO, the online system for tracking your yearlong plan, for an entire 12 months. At the end of 4 months, your group participation will be complete and you have no further obligation to the group. You have options:
- You can choose to just work your plan on your own
- You can partner up with a buddy from the group
- You can receive individual coaching
- You can participate in an email coaching program the the remaining 8 months
Some groups even decide to stay together for the year. All these options will be presented to you in plenty of time for you to make a decision.
